The Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority (NYA), Mr. Emmanuel Sin-nyet Asigrihas reassured the Organizers 2nd Ghana Youth Conference on Climate Change Sustainable Development (GYCCC-SD17) of his commitment to Youth development in Ghana and pledged his support to the GYCCC-SD17 event that seeks to promote the integration of youth in efforts to address the global climate change and development challenges.
Mr, Asigri mentioned this during a courtesy call on him by a three member delegation from the GYCCC-SD17 conference organizing committee. Members of the delegation included, Mr. Kassim Gawusu-Toure, the coordinator GYCCC-SD17 and the Executive Director of Greener Impact International, Mr. Paul Atsu from Incubation TV and Ms. Pamela Sackey, also from Greener Impact International.
The National Youth Authority is a statutory Public Organisation under the Ministry of Youth and Sports with the mandate to ensure the empowerment of the Ghanaian youth and inculcating in them cultural and moral values that will make them responsible, self-reliant and patriotic citizens. The National Youth Authority is a partner to the GYCCC-SD17.
